For your convenience, Aesthetic Surgical Images operates several outreach clinics, in addition to our main office and surgi-suite in Omaha. Our cosmetic surgery team takes the time to consult with women and men in outlying communities to answer questions and educate them about their plastic surgery options.

We are located on the north side of Dodge, between American National Bank and the Comfort Inn hotel. You must be heading west on Dodge to enter our driveway. Parking is located on the north (back) side of the building. We do have two entrances, so please know whether your appointment is on the Main Level or Garden Level. Dr. Montag visits this office on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. Use the parking lot on the east side of the hospital and enter through the "East Entrance". The Breast Health Clinic is at the top of the stairs next to the elevator and outpatient surgery waiting room. There is a flight of stairs or an elevator to use for your convenience.
